ONLINE RECORD CLEANUP · STARTING IN INDIANA

Your past belongs behind you.

Your record was expunged. The internet may not have caught up. We help find outdated arrest information online and pursue its removal or correction.

Privacy-conscious. Clear process. No unrealistic promises.

A court order doesn't always clean up the web.

Old arrest information can linger on search engines, data-broker profiles, mugshot websites, and third-party pages—even after an Indiana expungement.

Past Behind is being built to make the next part less confusing: finding relevant results, identifying the right removal channel, and keeping track of what happens next.

One step at a time.

Each case is different. Our approach is built around careful review and documented follow-through.

01

Find the records

Search for relevant public results across search engines, arrest-related sites, and other online sources.

02

Request changes

Identify the publisher's process and pursue removal, suppression, correction, or de-indexing where appropriate.

03

Check the outcome

Track responses, revisit search results, and document what has changed—and what may remain online.

More than a single search result.

Outdated information can appear in different places, and each source has its own rules. We focus on the places that can affect what someone finds about you online.

Your information deserves careful handling.

We believe removal requests should share only the information genuinely needed. Sensitive documents should never be sent indiscriminately, and you'll always deserve an honest explanation of what can—and cannot—be accomplished.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Does an expungement remove everything from the internet?

No. An expungement affects records under the applicable law, but private websites, news articles, and search indexes may require separate action. Some information may not be removable.

Can Past Behind guarantee every result will disappear?

No. Publishers and search engines control their own removal decisions. The goal is to identify relevant records and pursue available options while reporting results accurately.

Do I need to provide my Social Security number?

Please do not send Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through this website. When intake becomes available, we'll explain what is necessary and provide an appropriate secure process.

What areas will you serve?

We're starting with Indiana expungements as we develop and test our process. Expansion to other states may follow.

Is Past Behind a law firm?

No. Past Behind is developing an online record-cleanup service, not providing legal advice or legal representation. If you need help obtaining an expungement or understanding your legal rights, consult a qualified attorney.

Ready to put the past behind you?
