Understand the scope
Before work begins, we'll provide a service agreement and a separate, limited authorization. You should know what we may search, share, and request.
Provide only what's needed
When approved secure intake is available, we'll explain whether a redacted court order is needed and how to share it safely. We do not need your Social Security number.
Track what changes
We identify relevant listings, ask publishers to remove or update them when appropriate, and report what we can verify. Some publishers may decline or leave material online.
Secure case intake isn't open yet.
Please do not email us court orders, ID photos, Social Security numbers, case numbers, or sensitive arrest details. We will provide an approved intake method before requesting these materials.
